Frame of Mind had another successful evening at the Bognor in Bloom Awards as they retained the Best Use of Restricted Space title and received Gold in the Best Commercial Window Box, Hanging Basket or Tub. We also represented Bognor regis in the Southeast in Bloom where Bognor Regis won the Best Large Coastal Town Category and Silver Gilt.
